- Apple ID: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple user identifier and optionally your email address. We do not receive your Apple password.
- Display Name: Your chosen display name for the game.
- Game Data: Match results, scores, and gameplay statistics.
- Voice Chat: Voice data is transmitted in real-time during matches but is never recorded or stored.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your identity and manage your account
- To provide multiplayer matchmaking services
- To display game statistics and match history
- To enable real-time voice communication during matches
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers located in the European Union. We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for all data in transit and encrypted databases for data at rest.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is used exclusively for providing the Pongify service.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Pongify app or through our website at pongify.net/dashboard. Upon deletion, all your personal data, match history, and statistics are permanently removed from our servers within 24 hours.
6. Children's Privacy
Pongify is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes through the app.
