By downloading, installing, or using Pongify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pongify is a multiplayer Pong game designed for Apple Vision Pro. The service includes online multiplayer matchmaking, bot matches, voice chat, and player statistics tracking.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account using Sign in with Apple or as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Guest accounts have limited functionality and may be subject to deletion.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users through voice chat or any other means
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the App or its servers
• Use cheats, bots, or automated software to gain unfair advantages
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Pongify are owned by Pongify and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and server availability may vary by region. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from service interruptions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the App or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
